SMSAK (Social Media Swiss Army Knife) is a desktop application developed and sold by IcecoldAI, an independent software developer based in Brussels, Belgium. This website is operated at swissarmy.app.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled — in plain language.

Data We Collect

We collect only what we actually need:

• Email address — if you voluntarily submit it via the newsletter/waitlist form on this website.
• Purchase information — handled entirely by Gumroad (see Third-Party Services). We receive only order confirmation notifications; we do not store your payment details.
• Basic analytics — if analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymised page-view data (no personal identifiers).

How We Use Your Data

If you submit your email address, we use it solely to:

• Send product updates, version release notes, and occasional tips for SMSAK users.
• Notify you of major announcements (new tools, pricing changes, etc.).

We will never sell, rent, or share your email with any third party for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Third-Party Services

This website and product interact with the following third-party services:

• Gumroad — our payment and product delivery platform. Purchases are subject to Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
• Formspree — processes email form submissions on this website. Submitted email addresses are stored by Formspree per their Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which may log your IP address per Google's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI / xAI (Grok) — certain SMSAK tools use these APIs. Your API key and prompts are sent directly from your device to OpenAI/xAI. IcecoldAI has no visibility into this data.

Cookies & Local Storage

This website uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) for:

• Remembering your light/dark theme preference.
• Storing the countdown timer start date for the discount offer.

No tracking pixels, session identifiers, or cross-site cookies are set. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are deployed.

Purchases & Refund Policy

SMSAK is sold as a one-time purchase through Gumroad at $89 USD (discounts may apply via promotional codes). All prices are listed in USD.

Promotional discount codes (e.g. WEB50) are time-limited, single-use per customer, and cannot be applied retroactively after a completed purchase.

Software License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SMSAK on your own devices.

• You may install SMSAK on up to 2 personal devices per license.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or decompile the software.
• You may not share your download link or license with others.
• Future version updates are included with your purchase at no additional cost.

IcecoldAI retains all intellectual property rights in the software. This license does not transfer any ownership.

API Keys & Third-Party Services

Some tools within SMSAK require you to provide your own API keys (OpenAI, xAI/Grok). By using these features you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining, securing, and paying for your own API keys.
• API usage costs are billed directly by OpenAI/xAI to your account — these costs are entirely separate from your SMSAK purchase.
• IcecoldAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or liable for OpenAI or xAI.
• Your API keys are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to IcecoldAI's servers.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SMSAK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IcecoldAI does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IcecoldAI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of SMSAK shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

IcecoldAI is not responsible for: content generated via third-party AI APIs; changes to third-party platform APIs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) that may affect functionality; or account actions taken by social platforms against your accounts.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If you have subscribed to our email list, we will notify you of material changes.

Continued use of SMSAK or this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
